HETO yon mga klase ng pagkaing kakainin ko sa loob ng 6 months. Kaya pala ako almost 1 year ng may ubo, inspite of many meds plus antibiotics, ay meron pala akong GERD, acid-reflux disease kaya yon lalamunan ko ay inflamed na kaya laging inuubo. So the doctor says I must have a lifestyle change in terms of foods that I could and could not eat, and of course together with some meds . SO BAWAL na ang acidic, spicy, oily, too rich foods, chocolate, ice cream, cake, meat (except skinless chicken breast), sot drinks, fried foods, white bread, white pasta, at napakarami pa. PUWEDE lang me ng brown rice, certain vegetables, fruits except very sweet fruits, highly alkaline foods, nilagang isda walang suka or fried in olive oil, and my diet should be only up to 5 kutsarang kanin na ngunguyain ko together with other foods mga 20 times para madaling madigest. SINCE I started this kind of eating, I have lost 2 pounds in one week. So in 6 months, or 26 weeks, I should lose 52 pounds. PANALO NA AKO SA BIGGEST LOSER.
