It can be accessed online at sss.nais.org/parents. Holy Angels’ school code is 3961. Deadline is April 30, 2014. Holy Angels is an approved provider for two exciting scholarship opportunities. (Paperwork can be found in the connector.) - John Peterson Special Needs Scholarship (submission deadline April 15). If your child is on an IEP, please pick up the Jon Peterson Special Needs Scholarship form, and call our office at 492-9293. This scholarship could also help with tuition or for special services. - Ed Choice Expansion Scholarship (submission deadline April 15) is for incoming Kindergarten and First Grade students.
