HOLY SHIT!! You should see her go!!!! The nerve block wore off during the night. They got her out of bed and took a shower. She went to rehab in the hospital this morning. She is the ONLY one that WALKED back to her room. Everyone else went back to their rooms in the chairs they were brought down in. SHOW OFF!! She has no pain at all. That might change when she goes to the rehab/nursing home when they really work it but she is doing freakin awesome!!! They said at this rate when she gets to rehab tomorrow she should only be there for about 7 days!!!! While I was there she had to go to the bathroom. The nurse came in to get her BP at the time. Mom said she needed to go and the nurse put the walker in front of her, she got right up, walked great all by herself to the bathroom, did her thing and came back to her chair. The nurse stood outside the door talking to me the whole time....she did it all unassisted!!!! MOM ROCKS!!!
