HONOR, DIGNITY AND BLOWING THEIR BRAINS OUT: In Japan and in Korea, when politicians and captains of industries get involved in any form of scandal they either resign or commit suicide. In the Philippines, these people cling to their positions for dear life feeling they can still influence anyone (needed to be swayed for their own interests) while fighting both the bar of public opinion and the legal processes. I believe the majority of Filipinos can accept resignations all the time. Suicides can be so messy at times specially when people blow their brains out.
