HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER - Camden Carrington Centennial Care, located in Camden, is a highly regarded and award winning aged care organisation, which provides self care, residential care and a wide range of community care services within the Macarthur/Wollondilly Region. Human Resources Manager - Full-time. An exciting position will become available in early 2015 for a human resources generalist at Carrington, working closely with the Executive Team, and providing support to a diverse workforce. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of a wide variety of employee engagement strategies. Key areas will include employee relations, industrial relations, employee engagement, performance management and assisting with the implementation of the Carrington Strategic Plan. You will manage and build relationships with key managers across the organisation. Essential criteria: - Qualifications in HR management (Diploma in HR management as a minimum) - Demonstrated experience in comprehensive HR services, WH&S, RTW program administration (must have Return to Work Coordinator certification) - Pragmatic thinker with a passion for employee and industrial relations - Ability to interpret Awards and Enterprise Agreements, including experience in successful Enterprise Agreement negotiation with unions and legal parties - Superior oral and written communication skills - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise competing issues Previous experience in a health related environment would be advantageous.
