To have a ministry training center where we can train young artisans (and of all ages) in all forms of the arts as well as in leadership, worship and the Word. 2. After a season of training to take them to the mission field using those expressions to reach the lost for approximately a month. 3. On off months when the ministry training school is not in operation, to allow others to rent the facility for other ministry and leadership type training schools such as worship; prophetic giftings; christian business teams and staff for leadership training and bonding; and so much more. 4. To live on Vilano Beach (where this property is located) and begin to develop a sense of community inviting the neighbors over for Friday night feasts and Monday nite Manna. 5. To reach the surfers; fisherman; and beach goers through relationship. 6. To eventually plant a non-traditional church (called Eclectic) using the gifts and anointings of the artisans and worshippers as we reach out to the community and surrounding cities with the love of Jesus. THE BUILDING USE 1. Top Floor (3rd floor) - this is where our family would live which is 2100 square feet 2. Second Floor - 3 or 4 bedrooms with bunk beds; Master Suite for leadership; family room; and laundry 2600 Square feet 3. First floor - One Master suite for guests; kitchen; dining; outdoor kitchen and living space (which can be used for teaching) ( 1700 square feet but to be expanded) 4. We have considered space for a dance floor for dance training as well as acting rehearsals but not sure if there is enough space. We may have to rent such a space. This building should house about 16 students and 2 couples in leadership as well as our family!
