Had my Lunch Smoothie today, taste good, not sweet, but good, you can add natural sugars if you want Recipe: 1/2 cup of Beatted eggs that come in the cartoon Grounded Oats Frozen strawberries, blue-berries,raspberries Real Honey(organic) Also you can add Chopped ginger root which is an anti-inflammatory food Also use Flax Seed Oil, walnut oil,almond oil instead of butter, these are more healthy for you and your family
