Engage in daily contact to retain current clients, facilitate revenue growth and process technical support issues accordingly. Job Accountabilities: ● To be accountable for and take ownership of our client relationships, through excellent account management, project management and first line customer support to Dominion Marine Media web solutions products. ● Ensure that we maintain these clients and they are loyal to us and to the website services we provide. ● To create sales opportunities for Dominion Marine Media RSMs ● To conduct in-depth training & demonstrations of DX1, website and marketing solutions products ● To ensure that the clients are confident with the usage of our products and fully utilize all the opportunities available to them. ● To ensure personal best practice by maintaining accurate notes and client information in SalesForce and complete production of accounts in a timely fashion ● To minimize cancellations by recognizing accounts in danger and working with clients proactively to improve performance and relationship with Dominion Marine Media ● Responsible for migrating customers from their existing website platform to the new DX1 website platform. ● Maintain a good level of industry knowledge to stay connected to clients and their needs. Person Specification: ● 3+ years experience in Account Management. Preferably in the software/digital media industry. ● Organized and efficient and detail-oriented ● Excellent written & oral communication skills ● Conscientious and feels personally responsible for the client’s satisfaction ● Experienced working with SaaS in a customer supporting or account management role beneficial. ● Works well with others in a team environment, taking both individual and joint accountability as necessary ● Is able to meet deadlines and influence others to do the same for the sake of the client ● A strong relationship builder who inspires trust from others ● Experienced at under pressure Multi-tasking ● Technical experience with website content management systems, knowledge of HTML & Wordpress seen as a plus.
