Hands up dont shoot When will the ill will toward African Americans come to an end. It seems beyond the will of White Americans to understand the reality of the pain being felt by the mothers, fathers, husbands and wives that have to bury those killed by police. It has been said that daily an unarmed African American dies at the hands of police. If African American were killing white men at this rated heads would roll. There would be no excuse accepted. African Americans are asked to believe in a system that is more willing to protect those that prey on unarmed individuals. We are forced to believe the nearly possible every time death accrues at the hands of Law Enforcement. These are some of the comments we are asked to believe: he shoot himself while handcuffed, he was going for my gun(while being shoot in the back), he was resisting arrest(while his body shows signs of being beaten to death), I thought it was my taser and his obesity killed him. We are told in America you must be accountable for your actions. When will the police be held accountable. Everyone fully understands that being a police officer is not easy; but it is a chosen profession. One that cant come with a free pass to kill or injure unarmed African Americans. You should not allow policemen gun down black youth in the street and return to their life without consequences. It is pass time for African Americans to gain control of their lives by fulling the streets every time a black man is killed in this fashion. Those who control the actions of police need to know that their futures and jobs are at risk; when they allow Law Enforcement Uncontrolled. African Americans will not continue to bury those massacred by Law Enforcement to go unavenged. Elected Official have to know it is their duty to protect all Americans regardless of color. Does anyone believe it would be tolerated for African American Police Officers to be gunning down unarmed white boys across the country and be accepted back to work(no harm no foul). It does not happen because Black Police Officers know the consequences. It is time for White Police Officers to know them too.
