Happy 4th everyone...hoping all had a great day despite the ugly weather. We chilled only because this weather does a number on my health...but this too shall pass...made a great dinner, jumbo shrimps with sauted garlic, portabella mushrooms and fresh spinach. and some secret ingredients served over Jasmine rice. It was sooo yummy....we did go off track a bit and had peach pie with whip cream..also very pleasing to the palette got good news, two of my favorite people are coming to visit me on Monday.,. I get to cook and then some family games....love it!!!! I think tomorrow we are going in search of another recliner....for the tv room....if anyone is selling one message me or it is off to Raymour and Flanigans..if nothing else it will get me out of the house :) Mid July Jerry and I are taking a mini vacation up to Foxwoods...we will be there July 23 to the 25th. One of the days up there Jerry will be going deep sea fishing...anyone who wants to come hang out, just come on up...the room are not to costly those days.. Well enough from me for tonite...hope the rest of everyones weekend is fun and safe...hugs to all
