Happy Fathers Day!! I have a dedication today that has left me in a quandary. What constitutes a father? I look around me, and I see fathering in so many different forms. All of them are valid, and loving. It is not necessarily about blood relation. My dad is a Fabulous father. He took on the 3 of us Don Hinzman, Dingus Crenshaw, and myself, and raised us as his own. He gave us his name, and his love. Thank goodness, for all of us. We were never treated differently than my younger 4 siblings. We never used the word half to describe our relationships. Thank you father for teaching me all about hillbilly music, and the corniest jokes ever told. Seriously, when dad tells jokes, I look for the butter and salt.....anyways this also reminds me of my husband Callis Hutchings. He took on my boys, and treats them as his own. Any of you that know my kids know that this is an amazing feat. Although it isnt always easy, he treats the boys as if they are his own. He never gives up on them. He puts 100 % of his time and efforts into teaching them, and mentoring them.We all love you, Callis. A very special Happy fathers day to you. I watch your amazing relationship with each of them, you are an amazing man. I then look around me at all of my brothers, Don, you have fathered half of Tucson, ok, that sounds bad lol, you have so many people that look to you for fatherly advice, and love. Pup isnt here to say it, but I know he wishes you a very happy fathers day. Jeff, I watch you with your kids, and you are amazing! They love you so much, they have an incredible love of music, wacky Wednesday, and great humor. Kris Hawkins, has been an exceptional dad, your awesome kids testify to that. Matthew Hinzman, is a dance dad ( new idea for a Lifetime reality show) and loves his baby girls. Jared Hinzman is obese, but an awesome and loving dad. Your loyalty and ambition to your kids is what life is all about. Tyrell Hinzman, you have shown such amazing love as a father. I love watching the smile on your face when you are with your girls. I love you all very, very much. I love watching the great examples , and the great men in our family. My son said to me recently, When I have kids, they need to be around my uncles frequently, because knowing all of them so closely has made me who I am. Happy Fathers day!youtu.be/Rf_UV0TAjM8
