Happy Friday everyone! Get ready for the weekend with a energy boosting workout. Remember that you can get a fat busting total body workout done in under 30 mins using high intensity interval training (HIIT). This type of training can be done with almost any exercise, jogging,skipping, jumping, cycling and even on the spot movement such as high knees,jumping jacks,press up or a mixture of a few. Take 5mins to gently warm up then choose your exercise and go full pelt for 30 seconds. Rest for 30-60 secs then repeat 10-12 times. At the end of your work period you should feel thoroughly exhausted! Dont worry though youll be ready to go again within a minute! As you become fitter you can increase your work period or decrease your rest, or a combination of both. Now go bounce around! X
