Happy Saturday. You may not know this about me, 5 years ago I learned that I suffer from Stage 2 Hypertension (high blood pressure). I have to maintain a healthy body & living. Over those 5 years I altered & restructured my dietary. Eating healthy did affect my social life bc I cannot eat the norm everyone else can. I found a great vegan & raw organic food store/restaurant in Houston, Tx located on MLK Blvd. named Sunshine Health Food Store. Thank you Ms. Detricia for my vegan veggie wrap and my salad that is mix with hummus, kale, carrot, pecan pâté, beats, zucchini, etc etc. I also had the Purifi juice drink. I challenge you guys to start living a more healthier life & taking care of your bodies.
