Happy Sunday Yall! What a day yesterday was. We broke down the day before and had to be towed 50 miles due to what the dealership said was a broken fuel pump that they wouldnt be able to fix until Tuesday. As you can see by yesterdays that we took it upon ourselves to replace and we did in a matter of an hour or so...but it did bot fix the issue...evidently the dealership was wrong. So I rented a the only truck available and left my truck there for the next 10 days. We were on a mission to make it to the playa today and thats what will happen today. Ill bot worry about what the issue with my truck while attending Burning Man...aint nothin but a thing as my late father used to say. Often times we allow minor issues to hamper our enjoyment while on vacation or just life in general. When we have a head full of worry and concern well miss the simple wonders that life here on Earth has to offer, like a starry clear night ( had one of those last night) or the nuances of a quiet moment with a loved one. Life here on this school yard we call Earth is meant to be full of lesson, some painful, but most joyful...but well miss then all (painful lessons will have to be repeated) if we cant stop the mind chatter over small issues that life tosses our way. This week, let us have the fortitude to be able to stop the mind chatter when it behooves to, to enjoy those special moments and in doing so, well always be receptive to hearing the voice of God within. Im heading to Playa shortly, so if I cant post for a few days, please keep me in your thoughts and be inspiring where ever you go. PEACE!
