Happy hump day #FitFam Ive had a few followers ask if I work with the TRX and the answer is YES! Ill start posting tutorials on several TRX exercises. In this video I will demonstrate 3 different ways to perform the TRX Suspended Lunge Basic suspended lunge Elevated/Weighted Explosive/Plyo First step for the basic lunge is to turn the TRX into a single cradle by looping them together. Place one foot in the cradle and get into lunge position. Be sure to keep your head up & chest out throughout the entire movement. Simply lower your body into the lunge by sliding your back leg straight back and push through your front heel to return back to the starting position. The second and third clip of this video is a more advanced way to perform this exercise so do whichever one youre comfortable with and have the strength to do so. I like to perform this exercise for 3-5 sets of 15 reps on each leg. But again, only do what you can handle while maintaining proper form.
