Happy hump day! Once again here is a great #workout to build up your booty! Reverse lunges with a step up. (If youre super awesome at balance you can do these with a bar and not on smith machine) You can adjust the step up as high as you like (aerobics stepper). The higher the step the more you will hit glutes. Lunge back with the leg not placed on the step and when you come back through bring your knee up to your stomach. Then reach back again. You will work different muscles depending on how far back you reach. Play around with it and find what works for you! Enjoy! And I love hearing your feedback!
