The large and rapidly growing mountain of evidence has found that e-cigarettes: - are >99% less hazardous than cigarettes, - pose no risks to nonusers, - have helped at least a million smokers quit, - have helped millions of other smokers sharply reduce cigarette consumption, - may not be addictive as there’s no evidence they’ve ever addicted any nonsmoker or youth, and - aren’t marketed to children.
