Hard leg session with Npc Nick Walker today . Almost puked but held it in ... 4 sets leg extensions 10-15 4 working sets leg press 50 reps . Feet close Toes pointed inward hitting my outer sweep 4 sets of leg press yes more leg presses but 1 leg at a time . Feet high hitting more off my ham/glutes 10-12 reps 4 sets single leg lying leg curls 8 reps each 4 sets lying leg curls using both feet , chest high hips down w/ 1 second squeeze at the top . Reps were 8 3 sets squats feet very close toes out 15 to failure 4 sets standing calve raises 8-12 reps 4 sets seated raises 12-15 reps
