Hardly would I get upset but this is the last straw. GT&T Im upset and ashamed to let people know that I subscribe to your INFAMOUS lightning speed internet service and Mobile Internet Service. I reside in Diamond Housing scheme and the internet speed and connection are abhorrent. It is sad to say that Im not alone as I know countless people in my neighborhood that experience the same. Approximately an entire year Ive been experiencing this and apart from growing a fresh new grey Beard waiting on your customer service reps to answer, Ive grown tired of watching your QUALIFIED TECHNICIANS make futile attempts to tell me what could possibly be wrong with my internet. I study Law and it is frustrating to know that I am unable to download my law material that is stored online for an exam or presentation for the next day.I serve as a youth leader in a few NGOs and it is critical that I stay in contact with people,but thanks to your WIRELESS CONNECTION-LESS, emails that exceed 0 words cannot go through. Worst yet I resort to my high tech GALAXY NOTE 3 and the service that I pay for on a monthly basis takes 30 mins or more to download a 10kb file, if successful at all. Is this the quality the BEST NETWORK IN GUYANA has to offer the people willing to patronize you now and serve you in the future???? Your service and interest in providing customers with quality is nothing short of non-existent. As it is right now Id advise anyone in Diamond to use another internet provider and to anyone in the general public who is about to buy a phone or sim, use Digicel Guyana. Gt&t does not deserve your money. If you cant get it right just be honest with the people and let them know of your incapability. Lets see where this goes from here. #FRUSTRATED
