Harih om, Made this video 2 years ago but strangely never shared it here Our Vedic tradition is as rich and varied as it is ancient. Every depicted form of Ishvara holds special significance, and can always be traced back to a scriptural source- be it the vedas, itihAsAs, smRtis or purANas. I randomly collected a set of pictures of our deities that I found beautiful, and as an afterthought decided to explain the significance of each one through captions. I hope it helps you. When I uploaded the video, youtube did not offer the same ease in adding captions as it does today, so I had to manually hard-code them in.
