Harry Chapin gave a great performance when I heard him at the Great Southeastern Music Emporiam in Atlanta in 1974. The venue was a converted pocket movie theatre in an aging strip mall converted to other uses after its debut run as movie theater had ended. The show was so good, I went back the next night too. Great plaice for a show, no bad seats in the house. i guess no one was further than about 60 feet away from the performers.
