Has the smell of baking cookies or a cake baking ever awakened you in the morning? Its a wonderful way to wake up, isnt it? It happened to me this morning. I lie there smelling that mouth watering smell and it even had Max crawling on me, trying to rouse me out of bed. As I lay there, I could hear the washing machine too. I thought, Man, Betsy sure is up and atem early this morning. So I got up. Slipped my clothes on, walked out of the bedroom and there was stone silence and not a whiff of anything in the air. I dont even think Betsy was up yet. That was VERY strange.
