Hats on peepz - its Trial Thursday] Heres a brilliant upper body workout for strength and posture. Main Goal is to practice (not demonstrate) upper body push and pull strength and improve shoulder girdle and ribcage positioning. Notes: *Never go to complete fatigue. Complete fatigue is detrimental to strength and function. Leave the load so you have 2-3 reps left in the tank. *Do NOT go heavy on your TGUs - practice the movement in a smooth and elegant rolling pattern. *Rest 30 seconds in between exercises. Rest as much as needed in between super-sets. *Laugh and dance in between sets. ****High fives boost your strength drastically**** A1) Weighted Pull Ups 5x5 (if you can do weighted) A2) 1x Turkish Get Up on your weak side in between each set. B1) Weighted Regular Push Ups 5x5 (if you can do weighted) B2) LYTs x8/letter in between each set. C1) Bench Supported Rows 3x10 C2) 1x Turkish Get Up on your weak side in between each set. D1) Tall Kneeling Vertical Pallof Press 2x30 second holds. D2) Stir the Pot Set 1 @ x2 minutes - Set 2 @ 1 minute. Throw in an arm finisher or two for shits and gigglz. Any questions?
