Have been a happy Prism customer since it was made available in my neighborhood. Just got a new HDTV, called to order HD service and was told it was not available at my address but it is available to my neighbor who is literally 30 feet away. Was told I was 7500 feet from your station but neighbor is only 5500 feet. What kind of math is that? I can throw a rock with my bad arm and hit neighbors house. Cant get any reasonable response from customer service. I hate Comcast but will go back to them if I cant get reasonable response from CenturyLink.
