Have been reading about Icelandic Commnwealth law structure after the Age Of Settlement for about an hour and a half and while its a fascinating read ( no sarcasm) its very confusing. Despite The complex social machinery of law there was no one to implementera the rulings of courts except individuals or group of people in whose favour they had been handed down. These are my thoughts on this sunny Saturday. Senate House library mental skank out.
