Have to save this to my page so I can re-read this post from Sandi daily. Sandi is my favourite Facebook posts........(you have all probably noticed as I re-post a lot of her Inspirational quotes and writing) I love her page, such a motivated focused woman, has an amazing inspirational life story and is such an encouragement. This so spoke to my heart, and sense God saying the same thing to me.....and when I stay upstairs in that place of rest, life is peaceful and so wonderful. I stepped into the office yesterday for a short time to go over something with Rebecca and unbelievable how I felt! Stressed, head, shoulders, neck, back and body all hurt so bad, not to mention tummy wound from surgery......and that was from just sitting in there for a couple of hours! I wont do that again, I am going to learn to rest...., and to break that push through, dont stop wrong mind set, that has driven me all my life......:-)
