Having a strong mind is just as important as having a strong body! Every now and then you need to push yourself into that deep water and truly test yourself to push your limits and realize you have a lot more to give!!! Easy mental toughness workout...hit a nasty lower body day, then at the end of your workout rep out 50 squats in a row! You can rest with the bar on your back but cannot rack it until all 50 reps are complete, guys aim to use #135 and females #95, are you tough enough?? #mindovermatter
