Having an issue at the moment with bossy leadership.. Not that I have a problem with leadership in general.. I love leadership and there is most certainly A Lot of beautiful and humble leadership around me that I can praise. I wouldnt usually write this kind of post, but seeing as some people like public speaking That much, and are having difficulty remembering how to close their mouths... I just dont like it when its lorded over people, takes advantage of people. Or is put in places where it shouldnt actually be put. Or when it becomes about the leader rather than others. Or when it becomes about just works and structure. Or when they use those areas of leadership to suit their own agenda before Gods. Or When leadership goes to their heads or comes forth from pride. When it squeezes out actual leadership or even what God may be saying. Or if theyre not listening about those things or have been unrepentant. If theyre taking on too many things for their character. Or they use it for their own gain. When the leader is not willing to be led. When pride and arrogance come down on other people and we have to deal with it. When that kind of leadership starts to manipulate, twist, and deceive. When it puts people into boxes or pushes them out, when it hurts and harms others. When it brings a control over others or keeps crossing the line with people and when that type of leadership is continually praised.
