Having gone through 18 months in this industry Ive come to truly realize that the compensation plan is by far not the most important thing. Not every company is right for every person either. You need to simply do you, and find a place that you can call home. Not because of a compensation plan, but because you truly feel a sense of passion and purpose. With all that said, obviously this video still needs to exist, so here is my review and breakdown of the Vipassana compensation plan. #V 1.24.15
