Having read the various correspondences between the Government of Kenya and the advocates representing it in the suit filed by Universal Satspace LLC and having read the judgment of Justice Teare, am convinced that the Government of Kenya and in particular the A.G, S. G and the D.S.G had every intention to ensure that the Government loses the case and eventually pay. How could the S.G masquerade in court?how had we exhausted our chances of appeal yet the judgment was given by the High court? How could judgment be entered based on a without prejudice mediation agreement which had not crystallized (as the Kenyan government had not executed it so as to be legally binding) Someone is taking us for a ride..
