Heads up CFA! Many of you have noticed the new calendar at the gym...heres the skinny! For those of you that want to do additional strength training but arent sure where to start or what program to follow, this is your answer! It is completely independent from CFA programming and does not work around, or in conjunction with, our daily WODs. Classes will not be run any differently and no time will be set aside during class for the strength program, so we recommend planning to lift post-WOD or during open gym. Remember, this program is intended to be followed daily. If you are consistent with it, you will see results. If you pick and choose which days you follow it, you will not see the benefits. If you have any questions dont hesitate to ask one of the coaches. Thanks to Sampson for providing the direction!
