What is in soda? One middle sized bottle of soda (5.9 dl or 20 oz.) daily adds 240 empty calories to your diet per day, 7200 calories in a month, and 87600 calories per year. The same one bottle of soda daily gives you 65 grams of sugar per day, 1950 grams per month, and 23725 gr or 23.7 kg sugar per year! So what should I drink? Water Why is water so good?
