Healthy eating made easy! Excuse the fingers & no idea why I tried to use a fork with the spinach (hadnt had my coffee yet) but here is a glimpse at how I pack my lunch. What makes it easy? Have all the items prepared & in containers. Then each day you can quickly make up your meals. Youre looking at cooking twice a week - grilled chicken (love it on the BBQ), sweet potato mash, Silverbeet & boiled eggs. Thats my favourite combination anyway. Avoid adding extras such as butter, sauces, etc as they contain unwanted calories. And you dont need them anyway. Use natural herbs to add flavour. Also avoid adding a lot of salt - just a little to taste if you feel you need it. Heres to healthy eating! Fuel that body - the healthy way. Credit for the cooking goes to my husband Justin Wessels
