Heat index values will remain in the upper 90s today, near 100° Wednesday, and the low 100s on Thursday. 2) Orange, Rockland, Putnam, Westchester, eastern Dutchess & western Ulster Counties until 8pm Wednesday. Heat index values will reach 100° again tomorrow. - The previously posted heat advisories issued for Nassau, western Suffolk, Seneca, southern Cayuga & Onondaga Counties remain on schedule.
