Hello, Fearless Friends! You know I usually post ice cream on Tuesdays, and I still may get to that today (or maybe tomorrow), but I have made you some lovely Kashmiri Naan. I really did have to be Fearless for this one: baking on hot cast iron just to the point there was *some* charring, but not too much! The results are delicious, so yay! From what Ive read, the hallmark of Kashmiri naan is that it is sweet. My version, based on the only kind Ive ever had before is not too sweet, filled with a paste of ground cashews, golden raisins and coconut.
