Hello! My name is Happy and this is my VERY best friend Marcel! We wanted to take a minute and tell everyone why the foster program is SO amazing. When we were at Wayside, we were both very scared and confused. We didnt understand that we could trust people and new situations were hard on us. Thankfully, we both got the opportunity to go to a foster home together! We have spent the last month learning what it means to be part of a family and have the stability and trust we craved. We have seen each other through some pretty dark days and we would LOVE to go home together! I cant speak for Marcel, but I know that I wouldnt be the boy I am today without the love and devotion of our amazing foster parents. YOU can save lives like ours too, by becoming a foster volunteer!
