Hello all! I have to leave my room so its gonna be free from the 20th of July. The room is small but has everything you need: the bed of course, chess of drawers, closet, mirror and shelves. The flat is great, renewed and has wooden floor. The kitchen is fully fitted and the bathroom as well. The house is really clean and tidy. The flatmates are really kind. The rent is 610 pounds, (most of the bills included, as internet) plus 30 pounds for electricity and gas. And what can I say about the area? 5 minuts from Old Street tube Station and many bus stops. Plenty of pubs, shops, supermarkets, markets, easy to get walking to Shoreditch Hight Street, Columbia Market, Angel,..Today from 7 to 8:30 is the viewing and tomorrow at the same time, if you wanna come, contact me!
