Hello all, as it is the month of February its time to let you all know about an exciting Colloquium that will take place on Valentines Day about Greek Literature and Language. Presented by Dr. Andrew Faulkner, from the University of Waterloo, who will be delivering Paraphrasing the Divine: Tradition and Innovation in Late Antique Christian Poetry in 2C13 on February 14th. Dr. Faulkners specialty is the Homeric Hymn to Aphrodite - Goddess of Love, proving that Valentines Day is an apt date for such a presenter. Coffee will be served at 3:30 and the talk at 4:00 pm.
