Hello all you beautiful people! I apologize for any confusion regarding my recipe club and weekly Meatless Monday Magazine. Ive taken this past year off to heal my body and soul from a serious horse accident. During this year Ive let my creative juices flow and opened my heart and mind up to the wonderful possibilities that the universe holds for us all. My wife, Dawn, and I have built our dream home on the gorgeous Ensenada Bay (fingers crossed, well be in by Thanksgiving), we are also in the process of adopting the world’s most darling baby boy (yes, I am biased). Weve named him Nathaniel and he came to us at 6 months of age, just several weeks after my accident. So you see, sometimes the universe will rise up to give you what you’ve wanted the most in the craziest of ways…even when a good kick in the head is needed to s l o w everything down. This coming year is going to be a whirlwind; I will be launching a new website (in February) with scrumptious nosh that is guaranteed to get you drooling, exciting new programs for those new to veganism and some new books that make everything easy and delicious! I’ll be making LOTS of appearances starting with the Best of Raw event rawlivingexpo/cheftinajo/ where I’ll be teaching and presenting the end of January. Come on out, I’d LOVE to meet you in person!
