Hello, everybody. I recently received some information regarding the next newcomer trailer, which is going to air next week. Thus far, many of the newcomer trailers have focused on one or two central themes or motifs that unify the various characters announced in each one. For example, the Pac-Man trailer used the themes of “Colors” and “Retro” to introduce two characters, Pac-Man and Mr. Game and Watch, each of whom represents the retro age of gaming and sports a recognizable, monochrome appearance. Similary, the Greninja trailer used the themes of “Old vs. New” and “Fire vs. Water” to illustrate the contrast between Charizard and Greninja in regard to their role in the Pokemon franchise. Now, I will leave you all with a simple hint. Next week’s newcomer trailer will play on the themes of “Music” and “Ice.” It’s a really exciting and playful blend of ideas, and I look forward to seeing everyone’s reaction.
