Hello everyone! Did you know ? OPEN LETTER ADDRESSED TO OUR BROTHERS TOUAREG POLICY FRAMEWORKS IN THE MARGINS OF NIGERIAN FORUM COMMUNITY OF AZAWAD NIAMEY HELD FROM 17 TO 19 March 2014 . My dear brethren of the Air and AZAWAK , The MNLA required to participate in this forum just to honor the Nigerian authorities in response to the invitation of His Excellency President Issoufou MAHAMADOU of the Republic of Niger and congratulate him and through his august personality while the Nigerian people for having the initiative of the Forum of communities AZAWAD . MNLA takes this opportunity to reiterate its commitment to finding a political solution to the fiftieth anniversary conflict between us and the different regimes that have succeeded in Koulouba where our strong participation in these seats. Also, we take advantage of this forum to denounce verbal propaganda instrumentalisation of communities AZAWAD which was cheerfully given for some time the authorities in Bamako in order to bring a concealed the political crisis military between us and him a little problem of bad governance supported by socio- political turmoil intra and inter-community at the expense of diplomacy in good faith acting in the direction of finding a negotiated political solution to our dispute. Ladies and gentlemen, today, here in Niamey NIGER capital of the MNLA takes the Nigerian government and the international community to witness and decides to prove to the international public the whole truth about the Malian intentions : Bamako wants to make the world believe that the fiftieth anniversary conflict between us is rooted in bad governance and inter-tribal antagonisms , Malian President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita going to talk about solutions to the frustrations of his brothers Tuareg and plans as the only solution to the crisis reconciliation northern communities and development through decentralization ! So we went clearly as what a regime that occupies more than one ethnocide illustrated by daily extrajudicial executions and other obstructions to human rights , to the detriment of concrete actions , frankly consistent ranging in towards open serious talks on the Status of AZAWAD condemns office efforts of the international community and all peace process to fail! Today, the MNLA wishes to prove in the eyes of international public opinion on the conflict - AZAWAD Mali and the reality of the tragedy of his people ever decided to take its destiny in hand . The conflict between us and the different regimes that have succeeded in Koulouba is first of unique identity , socio -political and cultural and socio-cultural marginalization and geo- political isolation coupled with economic strangulation have soured further and as the Mali has not visited this evidence and consider as a final solution to the conflict a politico- legal status that best meets the aspirations of the people of AZAWAD , we can not put an end to this fratricidal war , quadvienne what may!
