Hello everyone! I saw a lot of my friends join this group and so I thought I would too. My cosplay experience so far has been full of ups and downs. Ive been cosplaying for a couple of years now under the name Chespy. I always get so excited when making and working on cosplays, but when it comes to actually wearing it, I get really nervous and lose all my confidence. It all comes down to my face. I need to wear glasses 24/7 and I have braces. Whenever I get photos taken of me in my cosplays I always take my glasses off and close my mouth so my braces arent on show. They normally are always on show because my jaw is further back than it should be, making it look although I have rabbit teeth. Ive always been so afraid of people making fun of my braces and saying that character doesnt have braces youre just ruining it or something like that. Im trying my best not to let it bother me though :) Ive even been showing my braces in some photos! Many people have complimented my cosplays and the work I put into them, which makes me so happy I feel like I could cry! It gives me a little confidence boost and means a lot to me :D and that is why I love the cosplay community and all my lovely cosplay friends
