Hello everyone, So a friend and I are signing the contract on a property in Hackney. It over looks Victoria Park, 8 minute walk to Homerton station and 10 minutes to London Fields. Its a huge property with a kitchen/diner, 2 reception rooms, 2 bathrooms and 6/7 bedrooms (doubles and singles), a big garden and parking for 3 cars. There are no agency fees and it would be a months rent deposit and a months rent up front, directly to the landlord. It is a years contract only as after this he will be looking to renovate it. We are also allowed to paint and decorate it how we like because of this! So, the rent is £434pm with 6 people living there and £372pm with 7 people, not including bills. Due to our friends dropping out we now have 4/5 rooms available. Were looking for fun, sociable people that are looking to make a home and hang out together, especially as some of us will be there for Christmas! Were looking for people to move ASAP as well be signing on Sunday, the only thing the landlord asks for is a previous reference.
