Hello friends! Thank you for your assistance in solving the mystery of the troubling review by Brian Belmont; turns out, he doesnt use his real name on facebook. We left him a voice mail 2 days ago, still no response. We are confused why we got a bad review posted. Brian did end up up phoning our service dept. before they got back to him, (which our manager apologized for personally) but, he did speak to Jim in service & knew that his vehicle was not ready that day, before he arrived here. VW does provide Loaner cars for non-drivable warranty repair situations, but Brian’s truck is a 2008, well out of warranty unfortunately. Because we felt badly about the situation, we offered to drive Brian to an interview, in Cambridge the next morning, and when asked if he would have a way back from Cambridge, he seemed to think so, (or we would have driven him back too). He never did call us for the ride to Cambridge. After only ever servicing with us twice, in a span of 9 months, we even trusted Brian, to take his vehicle, leave and come pay his bill at a later date, which he did. We don’t claim to be perfect, we are human, but what did we do to deserve his review? We take them to heart, and really hope we hear from Brian to get this resolved and hopefully he will remove the review. Fingers crossed!
