Hello parkour facebook people! I am wondering if anyone has or knows someone that has torn their ACL and trains parkour. I would like to be put in contact with them. I do not need to be told how much this sucks or felt bad for. Just need some information specific to parkour. Yes, in December I tore my ACL playing soccer, sprained my MCL, small tear of my meniscus. MCL and meniscus wont require surgery and will heal. I most likely than not, pending a second opinion, will have ACL surgery. I would prefer to get in contact with someone that trains at a similar skill level than I. If I may be more specific, trains a lot of parkour movements, rather than flips or spins. I want to know what injury they had, what surgery this person has had, what recovery was like before returning to training, what training after surgery is like and if/ when the knee gives them problems. Can any parkour friends help me out?!
