Help computery types. Sent the old kitchen desktop which was slow and which had lost the ability to show email but did provide internet access in to get fixed... its back now and is faster and we can see email but have no internet connectivity because there is no security on it? Cant download Shaws McAfee re the no connection and in looking at connections it says: Connection Manager: MSN unavailable-device missing-Firewalled (then) 42(and a bunch of 5s), and Broadband: Disconnected-Firewalled ---- so being a complete eejit when it comes to this, what does it mean? Do we go buy Norton on CD and get that set up or what?
