Here are my current thoughts on this afternoon and tonights severe weather. The main threat will be frequent cloud to ground lightning, followed by gusty winds, and some hail. The cluster of thunderstorms should weaken a bit as it approaches Central Alabama. Im not quite sure about the SPCs thinking on the moderate risk. The severe thunderstorm watch runs into 9pm. Make sure to check us out on Fox6 News for updates and have a method to get weather warnings.
