Pork Wings- 2 pork shanks tossed in a spicy balsamic glaze, served over soft polenta Salad: Marinated and grilled octopus tossed with Kalamata olives, celery, and giante beans over a bed of baby arugula Pizza: 9 grilled pizza topped with dried figs, caramelized onions, Gorgonzola cheese, pancetta and a Balsamic reduction Pasta: Tomato splashed pumpkin and sage raviolis in a sage brown butter Risotto: Braised lamb and lemon risotto with peas and mint Veal: Scaloppini cut of veal, pounded flat lightly floured and pan sautéed with an artichoke heart, sun dried tomato and white wine sauce.
