Here is a reminder to our food vendors to bring and have visible your food handlers permit. This is an absolute MUST if you want to sell foods that you prepare to the public. If code enforcement pays us a surprise visit and you do not have your permit displayed then you and I will get fined. If you do not have one then here is a link to a website where you can take care of it all online for only $10. It takes about 1/2 hour to watch the video and take the test. This is for food, cookies, candy, cupcakes, lemon-aid, coffee and everything else! Please people protect yourselves and protect your venue. cafoodhandlers/
