Here is my best creation so far in terms of sandwiches. Sauted onions and shiitake mushrooms in a skillet. Then grilled two slices of Bacon & Cheese bread in that same skillet. Sliced a red pepper into a 5/8 section, put into another skillet and fried an egg in the middle. Mixed up a cream cheese/dark cherry spread. Put this on the bottom half of the sandwich. Covered this with crumbled bacon. Top half of the sandwich recieved a light coating of maple syrup before getting topped with the red pepper/egg and the grilled onions and shiitake mushrooms. Two hashbrowns and two strawberries on the side. Needless to say, I will be skipping lunch today!
